Credence shouted, "Dorothy, no!"

As he watched Dorothy's body plummet, Credence's eyes turned bloodshot, and his roar was filled with pain.

He swept towards the window, and slashed at Gabe, who could only watch him in terror.

Just like how he would cut a watermelon, he pierced Gabe's chest with the machete, burying it almost up the its hilt.

Blood gushed out and spattered over Credence's trousers.

Credence kicked Gabe away and jumped out of the window almost reflexively. All he wanted was to grab hold of Dorothy's hand and pull her back.
