“Ava and William have been back in the Blue River Clan for a long time. I do not think they're coming back,” I told Thomas, feeling a bit sad that my best friend hasn't been here with me. “I am missing her already.”

 

Thomas turned to look at me from the bed. “You really miss her do not you? I am sure she misses you too.”

 

I thought about Ava for a while and told Thomas, “I wonder how things are going there. I wonder what her and William are doing over there. Her Dad and the Alpha of our clan would be in a really bad mood...
