“I am going to tell Ava everything. I will not go back to William. I will not,” I thought to myself. “My sadness had slowly turned to anger as I made my way back to the Blue River Clan territory, but now that I am here, I can not help but feel like crying.”

 

I walked through the hallways and located Ava's room. Then, I knocked on the door slowly.

 

Soon, the door creaked open and I saw Ava's excited face. “Mia, you are here!”

 

She pulled me in for a hug but when I did not hug her back, she pulled back and studied my expression.
