Eve removed the phone from her ear and stared at the contact display name. 

"Eve." Ethan's voice came again.

Eve hung up then threw the phone on her bed and walked into the bathroom. She removed her makeup then washed her face. 

Her phone rang again when she left the bathroom, and she put it on silent and lay on the bed, her eyelids getting heavy. 

Eve didn't know when she dozed off until high-pitched voices woke her up. She fluttered her eyes open, and two figures hovered over her. 

"Big Sis!"

"Is this really you? Am I seeing wrong?"
