Eve's lips parted and her eyes widened. She jerked up to her feet and stood behind Ethan who had already stood up. 

"It seems you're all having a good time. How sad, this is all for show, right? If this was a complete family get-together, you would have thought of inviting me."

"What are you doing here?" Ethan said darkly. 

"Quick, call the police, Ethan. Tell them to come and get him," Eve said frantically, her eyes darting between both men. 

"Ouch, that's heartbreaking." Wade placed a hand on his chest, putting on a pained look. "Aren't you happy to see me, Eve?"
