I felt Cole come up behind me, he kissed my head as he carried two bags along with a fold-up picnic blanket.

" do you like it," he asked me.

I watched him lay down the blanket and them pull out little Tupperware's filled to the brim of food. I was surprised that he did this much in preparation. I kneeled beside him and watched him.

" You really went all out Cole, this is so cute" I cooed as I reached for a plastic sandwich bag and laid out the little sandwiches that he had made.
