I shivered uncontrollably. I wasn't sure if it was from the cold and dank dungeon or the ice that had frozen around my heart. It had been hours since my failed union and I still hadn't heard anything. I wasn't sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing, but suspected I only had bad things coming in my future.
