Chapter 40(your true enemy is within)

Hazel's Point Of View:

My eyes fluttered open to glimmers of lights. I blinked to adjust my eyes to the environment. I sighted two figures standing before me firmly.

“She's awake!" A feminine voice said.

My vision cleared. The redhead and Dylan were standing before me and I was on the bed in the room.

“How do you feel?" Dylan asked.

I coughed, "what happened to me?”.

"You passed out." Dylan replied.

I got up from the bed, feeling my forehead with my hand, “I'm perfectly fine. Are my powers gone?" I asked.

Dylan shook his head, “Not yet. I can't take your powers...
