Damian's Point Of View:

The head elder left with Sophia while Hazel waited.

As soon as the other elders left slowly, I walked towards her.

“Hazel, I'm sorr-”.

She left the room as if she didn't even hear me speak. I just stood there, stranded.

I was in a tough situation and just standing there in the middle of the room was not an option. I needed to make a move every moment. No second was to be wasted.
