Hazel's Point Of View:

I groaned as my hand flew to my head. I was in my room, laid on my bed.

I navigated my way out of my room, my legs lanky. I squinted my eyes through the darkness of the passage, trying to figure out where to go but the whole passage was filled with guards pacing back and forth.

I stopped one of them, grabbing his hand. “What's going on? Why's it so dark everywhere?" I asked.

"Hazel! You're awake!”.

"Damian?”,

"Yes. Zara covered up the moon. It's a long story but you'll be fine, I'll protect you!”.

"Where's Alex and the rest?”...
