"I understand this may be a lot to process, Amber," Dr. Anderson said gently, his tone filled with empathy. "But I assure you, the most important thing is that we have a viable donor for Chase." He knew that Kenneth Fridman was Amber's ex-boyfriend and he understood that there might be some tension between them.
