Veronica’s POV

The night was approaching very quickly, faster than any one of us anticipated but it was going to be a bright night, with a full moon which was the major reason we chose to leave that late in the evening.

We got to the facility soon enough. From the outside, it looked like there was nothing much going on but if you listened closely enough, you’d hear the hum and din of machinery. Light was visible from some places and the general look of the building was uncomfortable.
