“Grandpa said he would be a little late,” Micah replied and stepped away.

“Fun-I thought he was not coming,” The butler mumbled with relief.

“Did you say something?” Micah turned around and looked at the butler with a questioning gaze.

“I said, Miss. Reyna was upstairs,” The butler replied swiftly without any shame.

“Okay, thanks,”

Micah absent-mindedly told the butler that she was looking for Renya. The butler grinned wickedly but the expression changed so quickly that Micah almost thought it was just an illusion.

“I didn’t mean it like that,” Micah spoke.

“Sure you didn’t,” The butler replied with a doubtless tone.
