AT THE WELCOME CEREMONY.

Before two days elapsed, Maricar's foster mother arrived at Georgetown as wanted by Fredo. She was taken to the family.

She got seated on the chair outside when Fredo arrived from work and took her in with him. Maricar was the happiest to see her mother after so many months.

"Welcome ma'am…" Fredo greeted.

She responded to the greeting instantly while glancing round the room.

"I know it's high you've been here, but have you seen Maricar?" Fredo questioned.

She nodded. "I've been with her since I came."

"That's nice. I called out for you because I want you to be present in our welcome ceremony...
