I stand in the operations room with the full thirty-day record for the east service corridor spread across two screens. Most of the entries are routine. Scheduled sweeps. Maintenance tickets. Security leads doing the work they are paid to do. The pattern that does not belong sits near the end of the second week—a late-night override using a senior guard’s credentials, followed by a twelve-minute window with no corresponding report, no partner signature, and no reason logged.
