Zach does not return to the room just like the other night. I don't expect him to. Not after seeing my face. I'm his nephew's ex. A girl he never liked.

I’m horrified by all of the possible outcomes of this awful night. He will probably make this public. What will I do then?

My problems just keep getting bigger, doesn't it?

I sit on the bed, waiting for what will happen next. Maybe he'll get them to kick me out in the middle of the night. Or he'll call Ty to send warriors to come drag me away.

Time crawls by and nothing happens.
