While I waited to see who exactly was going to take over from the Lion, hoping that I was the one, I thought my mom had already forgotten everything, and my argument was more than enough reason for her to stop and ditch whatever she wanted to do. But I guess I was just deceiving myself. I was just thinking otherwise.
