Alpha Isaac's Pov

After having breakfast, I made Lydia wait for me in the living room as I got some painkillers from my study and brought it to her along with a glass of water.

"Take this, it will ease the pain." She nodded and I watched her swallow the pills with the water.

"Thank you," before I could reply with a kiss, my phone rang and it was Peter Hale.

"Excuse me, I will take this call." She nodded and then I answered immediately.

"Good morning, Alpha Isaac. I suppose you are fine. I received a call last night and I didn't want to bother you with a call....
