BRIANNA'S POV

 

I glared at my phone screen, wondering who it could be. “Hello! Who's this?” The question rang out of my mouth, and a frown etched my face.

 

“Hey Brianna.” The voice sounded quite familiar. I tried wrapping my arms around it, but I just couldn't. The frown on my face hardened as I struggled to find out who it was.

 

"Please, who's this? I don't seem to know who it is.”

“It's me, Ares.”

 

I was dumbfounded. How was it possible? I took the phone off and checked who it was. It was the same strange number.
