Mother was back, and it felt so good. Her gloominess, which lasted only a few hours, had an adverse effect on everyone. I was glad I was able to restore things back to normal.

 

It's been two days since my father suddenly showed up at our house. I didn't like addressing him that way, but it doesn't change the fact that he was my father.
