Maybe it was surprising seeing me with a gun.

That's why she's running away from me.

Or maybe she didn't see me properly, she must have thought I must have been one of Abigail's men.

But when she came across I and Salem earlier, she called out to Salem. Not me. She almost ran to him if not for me. There had to be a reason. Was she mad at me? I'd understand if she was. I was gone, she must have been scared. I shouldn't have put her through that.

Or maybe she thought I was a ghost. I wouldn’t blame her...
