"CORRIE..." I felt a violent jolt and immediately snapped out of my trance and looked back at a concerned Hatty.

I let out a gasp. Taking a note of my surroundings once more.

"Are you okay?" She asked as I nodded, lying through my teeth and I know she didn't believe a single word coming out of my mouth.

"Don't lie to me Corrie." She said. "What's going on." She added as I let out a sigh, playing with my food at this point.

"I just feel bad for Charlton's mom." I said recalling the scenario of not too long ago when Charlton's mother met her son...
