Erica had just woken up.

She dragged her heavy body up resting her back on the door.

Her eyes lit up when she heard the door creaked open.

She quickly clutched to a corner waiting for someone to walk into the room but no one did.

The rays of the sun were slowly breaking into the room through the slightly opened door.

She gaped trying to take a peep, but truly their was no one there.

Erica pulled closer to where Jerry lay fast asleep.

She tapped him over and over on the arm.
