I closed my eyes in frustration at the colourful ribbons being waved in my face. I hated festivities like this, but when a foreign king decides to pay a visit, such displays are needed to put on show to establish good connections... anything less would be an insult to the visiting monarch.

“This truly is a sight, isn’t it Xander?”
