Kyle and I pull up to Mr Hashimoto’s residence. We have been here over a week and this is the only free time we have found to visit our old friend.
The house is wooden with screens and surrounded by a beautifully manicured garden. A little bridge walkway sits over a pond leading to the front door entrance.
Akio, Mr Hashimoto’s son, is already waiting for us at the door.
