WRITER'S POV

Once Helen had gotten into her room and shut the door. She silently placed her ears close to the door and listened for sounds, or words perhaps from the two adults that stood in the corridor.

She sensed something fishy and wondered what exactly that kept them in such an awkward position. She couldn't help but wonder if Liam had seen Lily. Did he yell at her like she thought? Is he really upset with her for attending the club party? Did they have a fight?

She was anxious and dead itchy to find out. She heard a few murmurs from Liam to Lui before he finally walked...
