I watched Zadok as he looked between the bag and the dragon.
“Please don’t fall for it,” I prayed as I walked around the cave, shielding my presence with the mountains of treasures.
“Decide already, wolf!” I heard the dragon say, “What will it be? I don’t have all day.”
