“Hey. What brought you here?” Emil asked.
I didn’t even know he worked at the bar. I chose to get some air rather than get mad and punch a wall. That was how I ended up here at the bar near the police station.
“Hi.” I slid on the stool. A bit surprised he still talked to me after what happened. “Are you even legal to drink?”
