Vega looked at Witch Pariah nervously before nodding her head for a reply.

She was placed in a bathtub in the King's mansion, starkly naked with her eyes closed.

A candle and incense were burning as Witch Pariah started making the incantation.

She asked Vega to dip herself in the bathtub while the witch performed the ritual.

After Witch Pariah was done with the ritual, she made Vega sit on a stool, where she drew her blood with a sharp dagger. The blood is then mixed in a chalice with some witch's potion.
