Going through the files on my desk, I heard a firm knock at the door.

"Come in," I promptly muttered with my head still in between the papers.

"Hey, buddy," Liam greeted.

"You came," I said ignoring his presence, I am damn busy.

"Yes! I came as soon as I got your message," he countered.

"Huu!!" I released my breath, I am frustrated and exhausted.

"Have you heard about the mystery girl, a MONSTER!!" I stressed the last word as I dropped a copy of the files in front of him. He stared at me confused with a raised brow.
