Guards immediately start to file into the office blocking any doors and windows, Gray's arms lock around me as the room instantly becomes packed as the shouting continues. I look back at Gray very worried who places a kiss on my shoulder, I think this was him telling me I was going to be okay.

"That is absolutely correct my love, no harm is going to come to you, I promise" he mind-links hearing my thoughts, I take hold of one of his arms that were still tightly wrapped around me.
