“People come in response to need not desire.” the words of hectare rings in my head like a tolling bell, reminding me I have acquired the necklace.

Yes I did it. I clutched the bag in my hand as tightly as I could. My bag had only three things left. The watch, the necklace and an almost empty water bottle.

Me and Asher, we departed from the Hecate’s hut as soon as I got the necklace. It was more like we were not welcomed more than that. Not that I am complaining but gods surely fails at the hospitability section.
