I sat there while a bunch of people surrounded me whom I didn’t recognize. No one seemed familiar to me.

“Lex?” A guy asked.

“Who’s Lex?”

They stared at me.

“That’s your name,” a woman said.

“Do you remember anything?” The guy asked me.

“No.” I shook my head because I didn’t recognize them or know who I was. Everything was blank. Whatever happened to me caused me not to know anyone or myself. People were in the room with me who I didn’t know.
