Nate, Pat, and Nixon had to meet with the Dean to decide Nixon’s fate in the morning. Drinking is a serious offense on campus, and Nixon was underage. Along with his grades, it wasn’t looking good.

I walked up to see Nash and his brothers in the hallway. They were waiting for the meeting to end with the Dean.

“How long have they been in there?” I asked Nash.
