Today is Halloween, and everyone was in full scary mode. Halloween is our thing. We enjoy everything about it. However, my mind lingered with the day.

I couldn’t help it. I thought about Daniel until Michael scared the shit out of me.

“That’s not funny,” I said, smacking him.

“It was a little funny.” He chuckled.

I rolled my eyes at him.

“You’re a twit.” I sighed.
