Bella took the file from her and gave her signature. Everyone looked at her with shock.

" Concentrate on it" Bella said and starts the operation.

Bella's eyes got watery when she cut his chest. When she touched his warm blood her own heart starts paining.

And in that's moment she understood she still loves Ace. She understood Ace was always in her heart. She understood she never forgets her Ace. Because it was her real love.

"G..give me the scissor" Bella told and a nurse handover her.
