It became clear to Kira that they were trying to use the mechanical engineer the evil way. She began to think of what to do.

She thought to herself that Aiden could travel but remembered he can't travel because of Mandy's case.

She concluded she had to call the commissioner of police to explain something to him so that he will know Aiden is not running away.

She called him and he asked to see her but changed his mind when he later saw the urgency. By the way he knows he has Kira to hold for his disappearance because of his trials.
