Sophia bursted into tears. Chad came closer to her and consoled her.

"I am so sorry darling. I am sorry you have to go through this alone. I am sorry I wasn't there with you. I am sorry we had to argue before you left. I should listen to you." Chad continued to apologize.

"I am also sorry I did not allow us to eat. I shouldn't have done that. I was so hungry that I got to understand what you said about a hungry man being an angry man. I regret my actions." Sophia said amidst tears.
