I felt a dull and aching pain in my head as I opened my eyes to the bright room I was in. My throat felt dry and sore, making every breath I took feel like hell.
I forcefully opened my eyes, but everything was blurry. The air smelled different. I could feel breeze coming in from the window to my right, making the sheer white curtains flutter. For a few seconds, I looked around the room. This wasn’t my room.
Where was I?
