A few seconds after the bell rang, Scarlett waved to her friends and got into her car. "I will see you guys later." She shut the door. Avery and Cornelia rushed to her.

Avery looked inside while resting her hands on the door that had been rolled down. "Scarlett, something doesn't seem right here."

"Avery. What do you mean?" Scarlett enquired as she examined herself in the mirror.

"Your therapy starts in the next hour, and you are also in a rush. You've never left so soon before. Your actions are suspicious."

"Avery." Scarlett sighed. "For once, I want Dr. Charlotte to be proud of me. She will be shocked...
