Our Lord Mission station sits on a knoll between some low lying hills and is run by Catholic nuns, with a locum doctor in attendance. There is a small hospital attached to the mission that holds six beds, one dormitory that sleeps ten people, a small chapel for worship, the nuns’ residence and the doctor’s bungalow.

The mission station is open to the world, as there is fencing around the area, but due to lack of funding, they have been unable to replace sections that have fallen down. The residents of the mission are unaware of the lion killings until the mass of people from the two villages starts...
