Collin grumbled as he pursued her. "Wait, Jenny!" He called, but she did not hear him, and he was forced to chase her down. He caught up with Jenny just as she was about to lock her bedroom door. "Let's have a conversation first," he implored her.

"Not at the moment, Collin. I require some alone time," she stated, refusing to speak with him until she was prepared to listen to any explanation he would offer.
