FEAST

Sitting at the table right at the very far end, I grabbed my glass of red wine and sipped on it, bidding my time away while I waited for the Devil to grant me the luxury of having him accompany me during this feast.

The dining hall was a large empty one, with only a table that went on endlessly, chairs scattered around the table, though for now, it was just me occupying one of the chairs as I awaited the welcome of my husband.
