LIES

Bound by the lies that I have been fed from the people around me, I wasn't sure exactly what to believe anymore or who to trust.

Sitting up in the attic that resided all of the crazy that my parent's had created, I watched Daniel, with my hands bound by ropes behind me, I wondered why exactly he had brought me up here and what he planned to do with me.

"You know, you rejected me so many times, refusing to trust me when it was your parents that you needed to not put your trust in."

Keeping my mouth sealed and my heart guarded, I didn't question...
