He was closing down his laptop when the phone buzzed beside him. He smiled, putting down his device. He swiped the answer switch, then answered the call.

"why the devil are you calling me?"

"That is not very friendly to say."

"Who is your friend? Because I am sure that it is not you."

"Why are you rejecting me?"

"What do you need? I am at work. I needed to go somewhere silent, therefore I did not answer when you called earlier. Everywhere around here is loud."

"Yeah, I called to check up on you, and thanks for calling me back."
