Laura paced in her room. She'd followed Derrick suspecting he was going after Lia. When she saw him leave Harrow Wood and enter Blood Moon, she was almost certain, until he suddenly made a turn toward Red Moon and landed in Alpha Dante's house. Her finger snapped as she impulsively attempted to bite off her slightly overgrown fingernail.

What did Derrick hear?

Why did he beat up Dante’s men
