"It's just, I don't know." Liam said in a downcast tone. He really felt guilty about it because for the first time he was truly speechless towards his lover's friend.

For the first time in a long while, he cared about what someone else had to say about him and this was because it concerned Emery.

"What do you mean by you don't know? Someone you claim to love almost drowned and you don't know what happened?" Cindy sais stressing one the claimed to love part.
