Epilogue

Five years later

Though the surgery on Damon was successful, he wasn't responding to treatment. I kept believing that each month my belly grew that he was one step from waking up. Sometimes I would cry on his bed that he does wake up but be honest what has crying ever done, crying didn't bring back my mum and so it was impossible to bring him back.
