Returning home from visiting the doctor, I found everyone gathered in the living room, as if waiting for the worst news. It was no wonder: before leaving, the outlook was completely discouraging; I was supposed to be dying of cancer, a cancer stemming from my initial illness.
However, the reality was different. I had no cancer, and my initial illness turned out to be completely treatable.
