“So what would you like to have” George asked Tessa.
She was fully and didn’t feel like eating any thing, even though she felt like eating up a storm earlier, just seeing George shut the doors of hunger in her system.
The waiter appeared just as George lifted a hand, her demeanor professional yet warm, as though this wasn’t the first time she’d been part of a moment veiled in subtle drama. George didn’t even wait for the menu.
“A yoghurt, please,” he said, eyes fixed on Tessa. “For my wife.”
